Class #1: Intro to intuitive eating for endurance athletes and what is diet culture

Class #2: Deep dive into IE principles 2-6, including honoring hunger and fullness, making peace with food, challenging the food police

Class #3: Deep dive into IE principles 7-10, including coping with your emotions with kindness, respecting your body, honoring your health.
